This award can be acheived through reaching these requirements:

Your site must have something original, a comic by the webmaster or a fanfic by the webmaster.

OR

Your site must have Sailor Saturn/Hotaru content. By this I mean a pretty good sized gallery and a profile.

OR

Your site must be updated often, with a new layout, an update or addition to the site, SOMETHING! At least one update per month if you plan to apply for this award please.
