This award can be acheived through reaching these requirements:

1) Your site MUST have profiles for every senshi on your site. If your site is a shrine to one character, you must have a profile for that character.

2)You must have season summaries for Sailor Moon, Sailor Moon R, Sailor Moon S, Sailor Moon SS, and Sailor Moon Stars

OR

3) You must have a lot of Sailor Mercury/Ami content on your site
